Think back to the year 1981, Dennis’ Heating & Air was born and came to life under on old oak tree in Cottonwood, CA. Our founding father at that time, Dennis himself, fabricated all his sheet metal from an old 10’ brake that we still use today along with our advanced sheet metal fabrication equipment. He would make all of his materials from scratch and do all his installations himself. If need be he worked 7 days a week to make this company what it is today. At the early age of 11, his son Jeff was taught all the ins and outs of fabricating metal.
After high school Jeff worked as an installer, either in the Residential or Commercial division of the company. In 2008 Dennis retired and Jeff took over the company. As everyone knows after 2008 the economy went south. Taking with it a number of Heating & Air companies in Shasta County that just couldn’t hold on and make a go of it. Thankfully Jeff was instilled by his father to never give up and make good with what you have to work with. With this attitude Jeff has made Dennis’ Heating & Air into one of the largest HVAC companies in Shasta County. There’s not a job too small or too large that we can’t handle.
When Jeff took over the family business, he continued with his father’s principles… to instill in its employees that teamwork, workmanship, and integrity are what make us at Dennis’ Heating and Air Conditioning what it is today.
Dennis’ Heating and Air takes great pride in treating our customers like family. After all, looking out for each other is what family does.
We are here to meet your needs, whether it’s to service your existing system, or install a new one. We don’t believe in high pressure sales, as the old saying goes, “If it’s not broke, don’t fix it” has been our motto since day one. With a tight economy, every penny counts, and Dennis’ is here to help!
